Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy may have announced their split this week, but it appears that love isn’t dead for one of the world’s power couples.

SpaceX and PayPal founder and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has canceled plans to divorce his wife, actress Talulah Riley.

If they had gone through with the divorce, this would have been the second for the couple. They originally married in 2010, only to split two years later.

After the first split with Riley, he paid $4.2 million. Now that the paperwork has been rescinded and the divorce attorneys called off, Musk will avoid paying the $16 million he had agreed to pay Riley in January.

Musk and Riley then reconciled in 2013, telling reporters that they were living together, but announced that they would divorce again this January. That’s not uncommon in the United States, where one divorce occurs every 60 seconds.

Yet it appears that the South African-born entrepreneur and the British actress have had second thoughts. They were seen together at investment bank Allen and Company’s conference in Sun Valley, ID, in July.

The billionaires’ retreat also featured mega-rich business and tech moguls like Warren Buffett, Apple CEO Tim Cook, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, Disney CEO Bob Iger, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. According to CNN Money’s report of the event, it’s a time for big players in the business world to “commiserate or celebrate or decompress — or all of the above.”

Musk and Riley were spotted together, despite the event being closed to the public.

Although Musk is worth a reported $14 billion, the divorce could still save him some dough.

Musk also had a previous marriage to novelist Justine Musk, which ended in 2008. The couple had five children together, who all now live with their father and Riley in Los Angeles.
